As a Talent Acquisition Manager for the past 15 years with a Cincinnati-based company, it would be great to give every candidate a critique after an interview. Unfortunately, that’s not an option.

Unless I’m in a classroom or giving a presentation in another venue, I rarely get the chance to share the tidbits I’ve picked up and the observations I’ve made over the years. What’s a recruiter to do?
